The RM YOUNG Model 92000 ResponseONE™ Weather Transmitter measures following meteorological variables in one compact instrument:

Wind speed & Wind direction (Ultrasonic sensor)
Air temperature & Relative humidity (PT100 & capacitive element combined in one)
Barometric pressure sensor (Piezo-resistive measurement element)
Possibility to connect an external tipping bucket rain gauge

The RM YOUNG Model 91000 ResponseONE™ Wind Transmitter measures the wind values only. Otherwise it is identical to the Weather Transmitter !
