In order to allow direct reception of Primary Meteosat data and redirected pictures from most other weather
satellites, a set of parabolic antennas has been set up on the weather bureau. Those antennas can also be
deployed as mobile units.
All the reception programs, data transfer and image treatments are accomplished on standard PC's, which
gives best flexibility to the professional user for further use.
