The mobile weather station was set-up for an influence study
of the meteorological parameters on the stability of the
high voltage network.

The station is composed of :
- 10 m telescopic, pneumatic mast
- 3 vectors mechanical wind sensor
  (2 directions = 6 components)
- combined temperature / humidity sensor
- net radiation sensor measuring in the visible
  and infrared spectrum
- precipitation presence
- precipitation intensity
- data logging
- communication via GSM-modem
